For minor failures, you can request a refund or replacement, unless we choose to repair the item at our cost. Similar rights apply to services if they do not meet consumer guarantees under Australian law.
These Terms and Conditions do not limit or exclude any rights, guarantees, or warranties that cannot be legally waived or altered. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, it will be severed, and the remaining terms will continue to apply. Except for claims under Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for the goods or services.

Pricing and Payment
You agree to pay for all products and services you order. Prices listed online do not include delivery charges, which will be added at checkout based on your location. We currently only ship Australia wide. If you require international shipping, please contact us at hello@saltusgifting.com.au. Prices may change without notice, but we will honor the price of items you have already ordered and paid for. All prices are in Australian dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Any processing fees (if applicable) will be disclosed before you complete your purchase.
Ordering
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products and services from us. Orders cannot be withdrawn or used for resale purposes. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, payment issues, suspected fraud, or errors in product pricing or descriptions. Each accepted offer creates a binding contract for the supply of the relevant products. To fulfill your order, we require certain details such as your name, contact information, billing address, delivery address, and payment information. Product Availability and Variations
Due to the exclusive nature of some items, only a limited number of gifts are available. Our shop will update to reflect when items are sold out, and some products may be available for pre-order. If we reject an order, we will refund your payment as soon as possible and notify you via email. Occasionally, we may offer a substitute product of equal or greater value based on stock availability, and we will inform you if this occurs.
Product Care
Our products are unique, especially those made from ceramics, marble, slate, and other materials. Variations in each item are normal. We recommend our hand-made ceramic products be gently hand-washed in warm, soapy water and not placed in a dishwasher.
Intellectual Property
The content on our website, including text, design, logos, graphics, images, and other materials (collectively, "Content"), is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All audio and video content is owned by us. You may use the Content solely for personal shopping purposes and may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use it for any other purpose without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Release and Indemnity
You release and discharge us from any claims related to your use of our website or products purchased from us. You agree to indemnify us against any claims, damages, taxes, or expenses arising from your use of our site or products. Promotional Offers
10% Off Welcome Email: Offer valid when signing up to the website mailing list. The discount is valid for 14 days from the sign up date and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Available for one use only for orders placed online. This offer must be used at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively after an order has been placed.
