Refunds

At Saltus Gifting, we strive to deliver high-quality products and excellent service. If you receive an item that is faulty, doesn’t arrive in the condition it was sent, or does not arrive at all, we will gladly offer a refund or arrange for a replacement. Please contact us at hello@saltusgifting.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss a resolution.

If you have provided incorrect details or made an error in your order, we will do our best to address the situation. However, please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that all provided information, including addresses and delivery instructions, is accurate. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund if you change your mind or the gift has already been dispatched.

 

Returns 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may arrange a return at your expense by contacting us at hello@saltusgifting.com.au within 7 days of receiving the items. The items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when they were delivered. After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will inform you whether a refund or replacement is possible. Refunds will be processed via direct debit or credited back to your card. Please note that certain client agreements may not include refund options.

 

Exchanges 

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at hello@saltusgifting.com.au.
