Can I specify a requested delivery date for my gift/s?
While we make every effort to meet your delivery expectations, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates. Saltus Gifting is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances. Due to varying courier routes, daily demand, and traffic conditions, any provided delivery times are approximate. Delays do not constitute a breach of service by Saltus Gifting and do not allow for order cancellations.
For single gifts sent to one metro location across Australia, a flat delivery fee of $14.95 will be added at checkout.
We offer FREE standard delivery for orders of 4 or more gifts to metro areas. Deliveries are handled by our chosen courier, selected based on reliability within the delivery area.

Deliveries occur Monday through Friday during business hours, excluding public holidays. While we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates with standard shipping, we will make every effort to meet your preferred delivery date when possible.
Is express shipping available?

Where does Saltus Gifting deliver?
We provide delivery services Australia-wide. Delivery times can vary based on location, and specific lead times are estimates only. If you require delivery to an international location, please reach out to our customer service team at hello@saltusgifting.com.au to discuss options and costs.
When will my order be shipped?
For online orders, gifts will be dispatched within 24 hours of ordering. The packing time for bespoke/custom orders depends on the order size, please contact us at hello@saltusgifting.com.au for further information.
Can Saltus Gifting hold and send my gifts at a later date?

How can I track my order?
You will receive tracking information via email once your order is dispatched. Updates will be provided by either our shipping partner or our warehouse team.
How are the gifts shipped?
We ship gifts using Australia Post or a courier service, depending on the order's size and delivery address.
Can I have gifts sent to PO Boxes?
Due to gift sizes, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
Can I ship gifts to multiple addresses?
Yes, we can arrange for gifts to be delivered to multiple addresses or directly to recipients. For details and costs, please contact our customer service team at hello@saltusgifting.com.au.
Does the recipient need to be home for delivery?
For bulk orders, please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery during business hours. For individual gifts, you can select the ‘authority to leave’ option through your Australia Post account if you won’t be home.
What is the cost of standard shipping?
Shipping costs vary by order size. For individual orders, the standard delivery fee is $14.95. For bulk orders of 4 or more gifts, shipping is free to one address within Australia. The shipping fees for smaller quantities are as follows: $24.95 for 2 gifts and $34.95 for 3 gifts.

What should I do if a gift arrives damaged?
We pack our gifts with the utmost care and attention to detail to ensure a safe arrival. We request that you inspect your bundles upon arrival. If you notice any damage, please contact us within 7 days to report the issue. Unfortunately, we cannot address damage claims beyond this period due to limited stock availability.
